Awesome, he’s so playful, generous, creative uhm takes on ideas, listens, it was awesome. I actually, I felt like I was as good as Mel Gibson. Which I know is not true but uhm I like I felt, I felt like I was equal and that’s sort of what, I think that’s what’s going to make the best kind of film. Like he knew, him and everybody knew how to get the best out of me by making me feel like part of that team, even though I don’t have two Oscars on my mantel piece uhm I certainly felt at home with them and it was really lovely. |

It was good because you get on the, you have time to have fun with it, uh he knows his stuff you know. You’re working with a pro you know and that’s a great education for yourself as well when you’re working with someone like that because you, you know this man directs films and directs great films and he writes films, he knows the film industry and that rubs off on you hopefully and you learn something every time. So I had an absolute ball with him and I hope I can work with him again you know. |

Well it just happened to be the best thing I saw. When it was it was really just time to jump back into the saddle. And it was really good compelling material, so it was enough, it’s good. And getting to work with Martin and Ray Winstone and Graham and all these guys, it was fantastic, I really dug it, so. And it was smart, it was compelling, I already used that word once but it was a thriller and a mystery and it had an emotional core to it. |
