Its something that I’ve been looking for and its something that kind of like fell in my lap kind of like both and its something that you want to do because I mean you want to always better yourself and show people that you a little bit you know you grown and I started in drama and people just didn’t know that. And that works in your behalf because you know when they see you doing a film like this the first thing they say, I didn’t know he could do that and you know that’s what you want to do, you want to get better, you want to challenge yourself, you want to show people that you got chops you know and and and that’s the only thing when it came to me it was time, it was time. |

Yes because I’m uh I understand drama, I understand drama if not just as much as I do comedy. Comedy is something that I hide behind to keep the drama at bay you know because there’s always been so much drama in my life, in my early life I’m losing my little brother, my mother, you know my brother you know grandparents, my guardian back to back to back to back. And growing up in the inner city Chicago and gangs and stuff, I’ve seen so much so drama is something that’s right here but the comedy is something that is dear you know. |

Well it helps you know, it keeps you literally from crying and everybody, its an individual call it depends on how you coupe with things and how you handle situations, I used to get in trouble because they always used to say I laugh to much you know uh as a kid. You know my Grandfather, my school teachers, they all used to say quit laughing everything aint funny cause I always took humor, I found humor in pain you know I always tried to fin something funny when I wrote and the most unorthodox times uhm I used to walk around the house and try and make my brothers and sisters laugh when we were hungry didn’t have anything to eat and when we lost my mother or my grandmother and I used to tell jokes and you do voices and stuff and they laugh and cry at the same time. So that was just a method that I, that worked well for me in my hard times in my life. |

Taught me about team work you know kept my head fulfilled and gave me a positive outlook showed me I could do it when I kept striking out, teammates teasing and laughing, taught me how to get up on the plate and that type of stuff. Elson was sole individual and I took a piece from al those guys and I brought it to the party and uhm I’ve seen Elson in so many places. |
