TV reporter in a suburban ghetto outside of Jacksonville, Pinedale tells the story of a 36 year old carpenter who lives of $90 a week and supports 10 people. Children play in yard behind reporter, clothes line with sheets hung out to dry. He speaks to Mrs. Teston who talks about the fate of her ill young daughter with no hope. She explains to the reporter her needs for food, medical care, etc. A desperate plea for help for her young daughter.
