DESCRIPTION: FOOTAGE OF A LARGE, DANCING CROWD ON N. CLAIBORNE AVENUE, WITH THE INTERSTATE VISIBLE OVERHEAD. MANY PARTICIPANTS WAVE UMBRELLAS WHILE THEY SECOND LINE DANCE WITH A BRASS BAND. THE JAZZ FUNERAL IS FOR EDDIE DAWSON, A STRING BASS PLAYER, BORN IN NEW ORLEANS IN 1884 AND WHO DIED AUGUST 12, 1972.
