Black Journal is an on the air magazine reporting on the personalities ideas and issues that affect black America. It attempts to achieve balanced by reporting from a black perspective. Narrator Once again Black Journal is inviting the National Black community to participate in a two way conversation with its Black leaders. During a pre recorded 90 minutes special to be shown nationally at 8:30pm on May 15th, 12 Major spokesman will answer your questions. Last year's program was a tremendously successful experiment in the use of television as an instrument for positive social reform and two way communications.
