In: 15.06.22 Out: 15.07.23 Sound Bite: Robert Downey Jr. – on being like his character I think, I think most guys have a Tony Stark aspect whether its all fantasy, for me the billionaire, playboy, you know smooth talking confident guy is absolutely fantasy, I’m not that, but the idea of someone who knows what its like to have trails, if, to me it feels like sports, it feels like game day and if you take a bad hit you get back up and you get back in the game and you through a touchdown. That’s that Tony Stark story and that extended in this big mythological famework is every guy has had, every dog has had his day, that I’ve ever met and woman kind of get it, Stanley said Iron Man got more female fan mail then any of there other things, for reasons that are kind of explicable. And thank god you know because now a days you want to have all four whatever quadrants and you gotta or cant and this and that and it appeals to a remarkably wide audience. |
